Relax at this unique, tranquil retreat.
The house, from the late 1800s, features original ceiling paintings in the kitchen.
The spacious living room is perfect for gatherings, with a TV corner and access to the backyard. A fireplace warms the space during winter. Firewood is available.
The first floor offers a large kitchen, living room, roomy entrance, and bathroom. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms. Enjoy the outdoor area.
Please note, guests must bring their own bedding.
Bedroom 1 features a comfortable 180 cm wide bed and an antique bed measuring 174 cm long and 84 cm wide, suitable for a small person or a child. In the storage room, you'll find two fold-out beds and a travel crib for young children.
Bedroom 2 is equipped with two separate beds, standard size 90x200 cm.
The living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people.
Guests must bring their own bed linen, including pillowcases, duvet covers, sheets, and towels.

House Rules

Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Check-out: By 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

Noise and Neighbourhood Respect:
Please keep noise levels low after 11:00 PM to respect the neighbours.
No loud music or parties allowed.

Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
If you must smoke, please do so outside and use ashtrays.

Pets:
Pets are allowed but must be arranged in advance and will generate an extra fee. Pet owners must clean up after their pets outdoors, removing any waste from the property grounds.

Number of Guests:
The maximum number of guests is 4. Additional guests beyond this must be approved and will incur an extra fee. There are possible to fit up to 9 people in the house, with extra beds, blankets and pillows.

Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Guests are required to clean up after themselves, including doing the dishes, emptying the dishwasher, vacuuming, and mopping all floors before departure.
Please keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
Trash and recycling should be disposed of in the appropriate outside bins.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
Additional fees will apply if the property is not cleaned, tidied and cleared of garbage upon checkout.

Parking:
Parking is available in front of the house.

Security:
Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.
Do not share the access code with unauthorised persons.

Bedding and towels:
Guests must bring their own bedding and towels, including sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.

Additional Services:
Additional services, such as cleaning, may be available upon request and for an additional fee.

In case of emergencies, contact Diana immediately and the relevant local authorities.
