Welcome to our charming and traditional holiday retreat on Muskö, in the southern Stockholm archipelago. Set on a spacious private property of approximately 5,500 m², surrounded by beautiful coastal nature, you'll find both the sea and a lovely swimming lake just a short walk away.
The property features three separate cottages with a total of 8 regular beds, plus a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 guests. This makes it an ideal holiday destination for two families, several generations or groups of friends who want to spend time together while still enjoying their own private sleeping spaces.
The entire property is exclusively yours during your stay – there are no other guests on the premises.

The Main Cottage
The red main cottage is a charming and well-maintained traditional Swedish summer house, combining classic Scandinavian cottage character with modern comforts.
It has two bedrooms with a total of four beds, a living room with an open fireplace and TV, a kitchen and a dining area. The dining table can be extended to accommodate the whole group for meals together.
The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, including a stove and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasherand coffee/tea maker.
The main cottage also has a bathroom with a toilet and shower, as well as an air-source heat pump for heating and cooling.
At the front of the house, there is a glass-enclosed veranda with a dining area – a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or dinner, even when the weather isn't quite warm enough to sit outside.
Next to the main cottage is a large, newly built terrace, which will be furnished with a spacious dining table where the whole group can gather for meals and long summer evenings.
The approximately 5,500 m² property offers plenty of outdoor space, including a large lawn for games and activities, as well as a beautiful natural garden with pine trees and rocky outcrops typical of the Swedish archipelago.

Two Separate Guest Cottages
In addition to the main cottage, there are two detached guest cottages on the property.
One guest cottage has two regular beds.
The slightly larger blue guest cottage has two comfortable single beds and a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional two people.
Altogether, the property offers 8 regular beds, with the possibility of sleeping 2 additional guests.
The separate cottages make this an especially attractive holiday home for two families, families with older children, or several generations travelling together.
Swimming in the Sea or at a Sandy Lakeside Beach
One of the highlights of this location is having two completely different swimming experiences within easy walking distance.
The sea and the beautiful Stockholm archipelago are just a 5–7 minute walk from the property.
In the opposite direction, approximately 5 minutes on foot, you'll find Lake Torpasjön, with a sandy beach and a newly built swimming jetty.
The lake offers calmer water and is often warmer than the sea during the summer months, making it particularly enjoyable for families with children – or anyone who simply wants to enjoy a peaceful morning swim.
Whether you prefer swimming in the sea or relaxing by a quiet lake, both options are just a short stroll away.

Easy Access – No Ferry Required
Muskö is located in the southern Stockholm archipelago but is connected to the mainland by road through by a Tunnel.
No ferry is needed, and you can drive directly to the property.

There is plenty of private parking space on the property.

Things to explore at Muskö:

A local grocery shop is located approximately 1 km from the cottage, making it easy to pick up groceries and other essentials during your stay.
Here, you can enjoy the peace and beauty of the Swedish archipelago while still having everyday conveniences close at hand.
