Absolutely wonderful lakeside property located secluded and very scenic in Ridderholm nature reserve. The place is very well maintained and the 4 dwelling houses, sauna and boathouse are lovingly and carefully renovated with a total of 20 beds. Solid jetty, small sandy beach on the site. There are large grassy areas for play and games and an older tennis court for those who like to play for fun.
There is plenty of fish in the bay and a rich birdlife. In the reserve that borders the site there is a rich flora and also orchids. The reserve has many paths and trails for both shorter walks and longer hikes. It is a full 65 hectares in size and has 5 km of shoreline, several sandy beaches.

The farm/archipelago home consists of:
*A newly built larger house with all modern amenities, living room with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area for 8, living room with sofa, armchairs, Smart TV, wood-burning stove, exit to terrace with 2 dining groups, one of which is under cover.
2 bathrooms, shower, washing machine. 4 bedrooms all with double beds.

*A newly renovated barn with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room furnished for 6 guests.

Bedroom 2 with 2 bunk beds, 4 beds
Outhouse privy behind the barn.

*A boathouse furnished for up to 5 guests; 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room.
Bedroom 1 double bed
Bedroom 2 a bunk bed + a single bed.
Toilet accessible from the outside on the gable of this building.

*A small cottage for 2 with a double bed and armchairs.

In addition to this, there is a boathouse for gear and a lake sauna with shower.

A grocery store and bakery are located on Gräddö, about 8 km away.

All other services are available in the charming small town of Norrtälje, about 30 minutes away by car.

To Riddersholm, you drive all the way to the farm. It takes just over an hour from Stockholm. There is also a bus connection, but not many departures per day.
