New archipelago house with private dock and beach

Welcome to this exclusive, newly built archipelago house, located right on the water with its own dock and sandy beach. Here, genuine archipelago character blends with consistently high standards – everything is new, tasteful, high-quality and thoughtfully designed throughout. A wonderful home with sea views from every room. There is a ramp leading to the front door and ground floor for wheel-chair access.
You enter into a large hallway with a beautiful wooden staircase leading upstairs, as well as a large bathroom with large shower, loo, sink, a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The larger bedroom holds a 180x200cm bed as well as built-in wardrobes.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with 160x200cm beds, plus one bedroom with a single bed (90x200).
Here you'll also find a desk with a view over the bay, a spot to enjoy if you'd like or need to work during your stay, as well as a full bathroom with shower, basin and loo.
The heart of the house is the large and bright open-plan living room, with two different and comfortable seating areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining table seating 10 people, making it easy for everyone to gather and eat together – whether you're one large family or perhaps two families holidaying together.
All kitchen equipment is new, including: a Siemens automatic espresso machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, wood-burning stove, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
Outside, several outdoor seating areas await in different orientations, and the view over the bay is outstanding. There are 2 wooden decks with dining tables and sun loungers. From your own dock you can enjoy a morning swim, and the private sandy beach makes the house especially popular with families with children.
Guests have access to an Optimist sailing dinghy, a SUP board, a playhouse, an indoor ping-pong table, swings, and a large football pitch with 2 goals. This is used frequently by people of all ages in the local area, and everyone is welcome to join in!
Just a few minutes' walk from the house are two fantastic lakes in the forest. They're wonderful for swimming and warm up considerably faster than the sea. One of them, Skepparviksträsk, is perfect for younger children as it has a small sandy beach.
Around the house there are many walking trails in every direction. Pony riding is available within a few minutes, and two golf courses – Fågelbro and Värmdö – are within a 10- and 20-minute drive respectively.

Pets are not allowed – this is an allergy-free house.
