Here, you will stay in a beautifully renovated 17th-century home surrounded by breathtaking nature, with easy access to some of Sweden's finest golf courses, hiking trails, beaches, restaurants, and charming coastal villages.

But above all, this is a home with a soul.

For many years, the house was owned by an artist couple who lived and worked here. The property served both as their residence and studio, and traces of their creativity can still be found throughout the house. Over the years, other artists also visited and left their mark on the property. Together, they have contributed to the unique atmosphere that greets you the moment you step through the door.

Our family has owned and cared for the house for many years. It has been lovingly maintained with great respect for its history and character. Our goal has always been to preserve its authenticity while creating a comfortable and welcoming home for modern guests.

This is not a newly built or a symmetrical house.

Here you will find uneven angles, small level changes, visible traces of history, and a charm that simply cannot be recreated.

A Place for Every Season

The house is just as magical in July as it is in November.

During the summer, the landscape comes alive with flowering meadows, seaside adventures, golf, cycling, and long evenings in the garden.

In autumn, the forests and hillsides of Hallandsåsen turn golden and copper-colored, while nearby Sinarpsdalen offers some of the most beautiful hiking experiences in southern Sweden.

Winter transforms the house into a peaceful retreat where you can light candles, relax with a book, and enjoy the silence.

In spring, nature awakens and the first warm rays of sunshine fill the garden terraces.

No matter the season, the property offers a private, peaceful, and inspiring environment where it is easy to disconnect from everyday life.

A Home Designed for Togetherness

The rooms flow naturally into one another, creating generous social spaces where family and friends can gather.

This is a place for cooking together, sharing long meals, and creating lasting memories.

The bedrooms include:

Bedroom 1 with a double bed
Bedroom 2 with four beds (one double bed and a built-in bunk bed)
Bedroom 3 / TV room with a sofa bed for two guests

The house has one bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Please note that there are a few small level differences between certain rooms and a staircase leading to the upper floor, all part of the home's historic character.

An Enchanting Garden

The garden is designed in a Mediterranean style and consists of several terraces, levels, and hidden corners surrounded by greenery.

Find your own place in the sun or shade, listen to the birds, enjoy a good book, or simply take in the beautiful surroundings.

There is also a separate garden building that serves as a wonderful outdoor dining room, perfect for long dinners and memorable evenings with family and friends.

The garden changes constantly with the seasons and always offers something new to discover.

Bjäre Golf Club is located only about 1 km from the house. Perched 149 meters above sea level, this beautiful course follows the natural contours of the landscape and offers an exceptional golfing experience for players of all abilities. The club also features the Bjäre Golf Academy, excellent practice facilities, and the highly regarded Salomon Krog restaurant.

Within just a few minutes by car, you can also reach Båstad Golf Club, one of Sweden's most prestigious golf destinations. Its two acclaimed 18-hole courses, the historic Old Course dating back to 1930 and the more modern New Course, make the area a true paradise for golf enthusiasts.

Few places in Sweden offer access to so many high-quality golf courses within such a short distance.

From the house, you can walk directly to both Salomonhög and the stunning Sinarpsdalen Valley.

Guests have full access to the main house, the garden, and the garden dining pavilion.

Two additional buildings on the property and the garage are private and are not included in the rental.
