This charming holiday home is set in a beautiful rural environment, surrounded by open horse paddocks, scenic countryside and a popular lake for Swimming.The area has a friendly, well-kept atmosphere where peace and tranquillity take centre stage, while offering plenty of opportunities for both adults and children to enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle.

Take a walk along the nearby forest trails, cool off with a swim from the local jetty, or gather family and friends for games and outdoor activities on the spacious lawn. There are also mountain bike trails nearby, as well as Stage 5 of the Roslagsleden trail, Domarudden–Wira Bruk, making this a wonderful location for anyone who enjoys hiking, cycling and exploring nature.

The House

The house has a bright and welcoming open-plan layout, with the kitchen and living room flowing naturally together. Large parts of the property have been updated and renovated in recent years, creating a well-maintained home with modern comforts.

The main house has two bedrooms:

* Bedroom 1: 140 cm wide bed
* Bedroom 2: Two 80 cm wide single beds

There is a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a practical, well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stainless-steel sink and stove – everything you need for both everyday living and relaxing holidays.

The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa area with TV, a dining area, and a cosy open fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings at home. From the living room, you can step directly out onto the terrace, which enjoys an excellent sunny position.

Two Additional Guest Cabins

The property also includes two separate guest cabins, providing additional sleeping accommodation:

* Guest Cabin 1: Sofa bed (140 cm) plus a 120 cm bed
* Guest Cabin 2: 140 cm bed

Garden & Nature

At the front of the house, you will find a lovely lawn with plenty of space for games, play and summer activities. The surrounding forest is right on your doorstep, giving you the opportunity to pick your own blueberries and mushrooms when in season.

Close to Åkersberga & Stockholm

Despite its peaceful countryside setting, the property is conveniently located within easy reach of shops, restaurants and public transport.

Åkersberga town centre is approximately 12 minutes away by car, offering a wide selection of supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, shops and other services.

From Åkersberga, the Roslagsbanan railway provides convenient connections to Stockholm Östra/KTH in approximately 30 minutes, with connections via Arninge, Danderyd and Universitetet. The area is also served by several bus routes.
