Vetlanda beautiful Beach front Swim/fishing/Golf

Nice home right in front of lake Grumlan's sandy beach, jumping tower etc.
still, only 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes on bike path or 20-30min walk into Vetlanda town square with stores & restaurants.
Golf course is 5 min walk up the road.Frisbee golf, beach volleyball,padel ball..
The lake is a good for fishing- bass,pike,zander. Östanå camping, nearby,rents boats/canoes+issues fishing licenses.
Kids playground is just outside our fence.
Play badminton,frisbee,darts in our garden!

The space
The 75 m2 house is located just over 20 meters from the child-friendly and very popular sandy beach at Östana Badet.
The house is private, built on a large plot with grass lawn. There are a few neighbors.
A kids playground and beach volleyball just outside our fence. The lake has swimming docks and a jumping tower, even an access for handicaps.
The front of house has a furnished covered terrace, along the entire front of the building. Nice seating for both breakfast and dining/grilling.
There are also public grilling areas by the water.
INSIDE
First you enter a small room for shoes and outerwear. Next is the open plan area kitchen/ living room with wood burning stove, round dining table, and large comfortable sofa.
Kitchen has fridge/freezer, stove/oven, stove hood, drip coffee maker, waffle iron, small blender and microwave. Utensils, plates, cups and glasses+some pots and pans. Some spices, tea and coffee.

Closet next to kitchen has vacuum, mop,iron and hair dryer.
Toilet/shower and washing machine.
Provided are towels, soap, shampoo etc.

The Master sunken bedroom is a quiet set back room with direct glass door connection to outside porch.
It has 2 single beds (90cm x 200 cm ea.) pushed together and can also be separated if preferred. Mosquito net.

The 2 beds in the second area are primarily intended for children or small adults.( very cozy spots). 150x90cm ea.

Note. we are providing bedding and towels- no need to bring your own!

Between these two bedroom areas there is a TV/relaxation room with a "cinema sofa" and large Samsung TV -
view to the outside through large sliding glass doors.
Large plasma TV can be used with HDMI cable (already connected) for use with your iPad, mobil phone, etc. No external TV broadcast connection.
The garden, which is located in front of the house, is larger than usual for the area, perfect for playing badminton or frisbee (available to borrow). Outdoor dining table and chairs, small charcoal grill and a firepit. Umbrella.

The accommodation is perfect for a small family who wants to visit Astrid Lingren's World, Lõnneberga or High Chaparall, for example as they are close by car.

All bedding and towels provided.
+ Shampoo, soap etc.

Guest access
Guests have access to entire main house, but no access to 2 storage sheds and gazeebo (possible exception can be made for gazebo)
