Welcome to "Hovet" (Hagerbonnhof) at the Morsarvet af Sjöfälla estate!

Hovet is a truly unique property in the Småland Highlands, where historic charm meets modern luxury. The ground floor features impressive 3-meter high ceilings, underfloor heating, and solar energy.

The entrance level offers a spacious hall, as well as a cloakroom equipped with a dedicated workspace, outdoor cushions, and garden games. The bright kitchen boasts an attractive grey-blue finish, raw wood details, and Italian stone flooring, with direct access to a charming dining area. You will also find the cozy "Yellow Lounge" on this floor, featuring a velvet sofa set and a games corner with board games, carrom (couronne), and a table hockey game. A bathroom with a large shower and a washing machine is also located here.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one with a bunk bed, one with two separate beds, and a master bedroom with a double bed. This floor also features an airy living room with magical views of Lake Lillnömmen and the parkland. The living room includes a TV corner, a dining area, and a second workspace with a desk. The upstairs bathroom is finished with luxury light-toned Italian tiles, a shower, and a toilet.

The house offers two separate outdoor patios where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and grazing horses. A barbecue and sun loungers are available for your comfort. A short walk leads to your private beach and boat area. A rowboat is included in the rent, and you can also rent an extra electric motor with a battery and charger.

Guests have access to fast fiber Wi-Fi. Following an extensive two-year renovation, the house beautifully combines history, premium comfort, and sustainability (built with a minimum of plastics and adhesives). For larger groups of up to 15 people, Hovet can be booked together with the North and South Annexes.

Allergy friendly – Thanks to an extensive renovation with a focus on sustainability, the house is highly allergy-friendly. We have consistently chosen solid, authentic natural materials and minimized the use of plastics and adhesives. The house features a vapor-permeable ("breathing") construction, which creates a fantastic and healthy indoor climate.
Barbeque facilities – There is a charcoal grill at the patio outside Hovet. There is also a barbecue area available down by the beach.
