Cottage with lake view for rent; motorboat available upon request. Situated in a secluded location, the cottage was built in the early 1990s and features a bright interior with wooden floors throughout.

The kitchen and patio offer views of the lake and the boat mooring, where a motorboat can be rented along with the cottage during the ice-free season. The cottage has its own water and sewage systems and is equipped with a toilet, shower, and washing machine. There are two bedrooms: a larger one with a double bed and a smaller one that can accommodate two beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge, freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A wood-burning iron stove serves as a supplementary heat source. Broadband internet via Tele2 is available. Indoor smoking is prohibited, but pets are allowed.

The cottage is located approximately 30 meters from Lake Storavan on an approximately 2,400-square-meter plot. With a fishing license, you can fish for species such as perch, pike, and even game fish. The surrounding forests abound with berries in late summer and autumn. In winter, the area is a snowmobiling paradise, with a trail passing just 50 meters from the house, down on the lake. Hunting rights for small game are attached to the property. There is a barbecue area on the grounds.
