Welcome to our stylish and modern holiday home in the municipality of Norrtälje/Roslagen, completed in 2022 and located just 1 hour and 20 minutes from central Stockholm.
The Villa is only a 5-minutes’ walk from a seaside swimming area. The Villa offers a peaceful and scenic archipelago setting with easy access to both services and activities. Norrtälje town centre is approximately 20 minutes away by car, while the island of Vätö, with the nearest grocery store, is just a few minutes away by car. In Norrtälje, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and bus connections to Stockholm.

The Villa is approximately 85 m² (915 sq ft) and features four separate bedrooms, a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, one large bathroom with a shower, and a separate WC with a washing machine. A generous wooden deck surrounds the house and is furnished with outdoor furniture. Guests can also enjoy a gas barbecue, a jacuzzi for six people, and a large trampoline. Private parking.
