Now you have the opportunity to rent an idyll in the countryside.
In the fields near the idyllic forest lies this house of 120m2.

At the front of the house there is a large lawn perfect for playing and ball games.
The large terrace at the front is equipped with a lounge group and protected from view with a discreet fence. In the evening you can sit here and enjoy the sunset.. There is also a large dining group.
The house's barbecue area is on the paved area between the patio and the main entrance.

On the side of the house a path leads to the back patio.
Here you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun.
Deer, elk, hares, birds and other game pass by daily on the vast fields behind the house.
The generous spaces mean that you can easily spread out and enjoy the sun.
At the back there is also a small playground with a slide, sandbox and a tree swing.
The gardens grow strawberries, wild strawberries, squash and other greens, depending on the season you are free to use what ripens.

Bedroom 1: 180cm double bed.
Bedroom 2: 160cm double bed.
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with 2 beds, 90x200cm
In the generous living room there is a day bed that can be made into 2 90cm beds.

The living room has a dining area for 8 people and a large corner sofa that can easily accommodate all of you.
There is a smart TV with internet connection and fast mobile broadband included throughout your stay.
Sliding doors and a large double door mean that the living room and patio can merge into a fantastic social area.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need, large dishwasher, freezer with ice dispenser, convection oven, etc.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer is located next to the kitchen and here is also the second entrance to the house.

The house is located on the border between Halland and Småland.
The beautiful river Nissan is only 300m from the house and offers pleasant fishing.
Within a few kilometers there are a number of swimming areas and lakes where there is the possibility of fishing.
