Are you dreaming of a relaxing holiday on the Kulla Peninsula? Welcome to this newly renovated and tastefully decorated holiday home, set in the peaceful, scenic surroundings of Viken. Here, you are surrounded by open landscapes and beautiful apple orchards, yet the sea, swimming spots, golf courses, and some of Skåne’s finest hiking and cycling trails are just minutes away.

The house measures approximately 70m² and accommodates up to 6 persons.

The accommodation offers:

• Three bedrooms: one master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds each.

• A fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher, cooker, oven, two fridge-freezers, and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

• A cozy living room with a wood-burning stove, TV, and comfortable seating.

• A modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

• A large private terrace with a barbecue and outdoor furniture.

• A large, enclosed garden—perfect for both children and dogs.

The entire house has recently been carefully renovated to create a bright, fresh, and welcoming holiday home where you can relax all year round.

We are now launching our newly renovated holiday home, and it is currently available. Send us a booking request, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

During July and August, we rent out the holiday home on a weekly basis, from Sunday to Sunday. The rate is SEK 16,500 per week in July and SEK 15,000 per week in August.

From September 1st, we rent out on a nightly basis. The rate is SEK 1,600 per night from Sunday to Wednesday, and SEK 2,300 per night from Thursday to Saturday. In October, the rate is just SEK 1,200 per night (Sunday–Wednesday) and SEK 1,800 per night (Thursday–Saturday).

From November 1 to March 31, 2027, the holiday home is available for monthly rental at a cost of SEK 14,000 per month plus electricity (includes water, Wi-Fi, and waste collection).

Dogs are very welcome to join you. A maximum of two dogs per visit is allowed. We charge a fee of SEK 500 per dog, which includes dog beds and bowls. Please let us know the size and number of dogs so we can prepare accordingly.

You can purchase end-of-stay cleaning from us. It costs SEK 1,500, regardless of the length of your stay.

Golf – Helsingborg Golf Course is located just 2,5km from the accommodation. St. Arild Golf Course and Allerum Golf Course are approximately 15km away.
Hiking trails – The Kullaleden trail—part of the Skåneleden network—passes through Viken and is easily accessible. There are excellent hiking trails in the Kullaberg Nature Reserve, about 15km away.
Indoor swimming facilities – An indoor swimming pool is available in Lerberget, just 5km from the accommodation.
Minigolf – There is a very nice minigolf course in Höganäs, near Kvickbadet, located about 6km away.
Outdoor swimming facilities (beach) – There are several great swimming spots in Viken. The most popular one, "Fortet," features a jetty with a ladder. Sandy beaches stretching for kilometres are located just 1km from the accommodation. Excellent swimming is also available at Kvickbadet in Höganäs (approx. 6km away) and in Arild (approx. 12km away), where the Tussan swimming area—with its rocky terrain and swim ladder—offers a great alternative to the sandy beach.
