Tjenis, jag har en centralt belägen lägenhet i Borgholm med gångavstånd till allt som staden har att erbjuda. Det är en trivsam lägenhet med en mysig uteplats och jag hyr ut den som en 1a, trots att det är en 2a, med en bäddsoffa och en ihopvikbar säng om man skulle bara 3 personer.
