Welcome to our newly built holiday home, Nolnäset, which boasts a unique location right on the shores of Lake Foxen. The water is just a few metres from the house – the private jetty is situated right next to the property. Step outside, take a few steps, and you’ll find yourself standing right on your own jetty with an unobstructed view across the lake. This close proximity to the water is what makes this house so special.
Spanning a generous 180 m² of living space across two floors, a modern, light-filled home awaits you, with plenty of windows that bring the lake into the house. Whether in the open-plan living and dining area, the spacious and well-equipped kitchen, or the cosy relaxation area upstairs with two armchairs – from every corner you can enjoy the beautiful view of the lake and the Swedish countryside. The open-plan design and the many windows create a bright, welcoming atmosphere and an exceptional sense of home.
Three comfortable bedrooms offer plenty of space for families, friends and couples, two of which also feature their own dressing room. Two modern bathrooms and a washing machine ensure maximum comfort, even during longer stays.
A particular highlight is the private jetty right next to the house, complete with a motorboat (Linder 440, 4 hp). From here, you can explore Lake Foxen at your leisure – whether on a leisurely boat trip, enjoying a picnic on one of the unspoilt shores, or fishing. The lake is renowned for its pike and perch and offers ideal conditions for anglers. You can even cast your line straight from the jetty and enjoy the tranquillity of nature.
After an active day on the water, the hot tub with lake views invites you to relax. Sitting in the warm water and looking out over the lake, you can switch off completely here – a unique atmosphere is created, especially in the evening hours. On cooler days, the fireplace in the living area adds to the cosy atmosphere and ensures a comfortable time.
The terrace and the cosy barbecue hut provide the perfect setting for convivial evenings – whether enjoying a meal together or unwinding after an eventful day.
