An elegant, newly renovated seaside villa with a private beach, jetty, sauna, and hot tub – all surrounded by the untouched beauty of the Swedish archipelago, yet just 20 minutes from Stockholm.

Wake up to the gentle sound of waves and enjoy your morning coffee on the private jetty as the sun rises over the sea.
Spend the day swimming in the clear water, relaxing in the hot tub, or unwinding in the sauna right by the shore.
Evenings bring golden sunsets that last until 10 p.m. – and if you’re lucky, the Northern Lights may paint the sky.
On the jetty, you’ll find a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and dining area for 8 guests – the perfect spot for dinner by the water.

🌿 Nature All Around
House of Waves is nestled between sea and forest, offering total privacy and harmony with nature.
Fish from the jetty, take the rowboat or the two sea kayaks to nearby islands, or explore the coastline on our two Stand-Up Paddleboards (SUP).
Swans, sea eagles, and even seals often visit – and it’s not uncommon to spot elk or deer in the nearby woods.

The villa (renovated 2024) combines modern elegance with timeless Scandinavian charm.
It accommodates 6–8 guests (6 are optimal) and features:
• 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
• Open-plan living area with fireplace and carrara marble kitchen island
• Large terrace with two jetties, lounge area, and dining space
• Hot tub, sauna & outdoor shower by the water
• Glass-enclosed dining area with heaters for cool evenings
• Privat parking next to the house with electrical charging available.

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, a study, and a bathroom/toilet with shower.

In total, 4 bedrooms with 8 beds.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom – double bed 180 cm wide.
Bedroom 2: For 1-2 people. Bed is 140 cm wide.
Bedroom 3: For 1-2 people. Bed is 120 cm wide.
Bedroom 4: For 1-2 people. Pull-out bed 80-160 cm wide.

Explore the nearby towns of Gustavsberg and Vaxholm, full of authentic archipelago charm and fine dining.
Within 5 minutes you’ll find golf course, padel and tennis courts, hiking/running trails and a fitness center.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation without charge is allowed up until 11:59 PM sixty (60) days before the agreed arrival date.

Cancellation with a charge of fifty (50) percent of the agreed rental amount applies if cancellation occurs
by 11:59 PM thirty (30) days before the agreed arrival date.

Cancellations after that will be fully charged.
