Hej! We are Annika & Cees.
Our holiday home is located in the beautiful UNESCO World Heritage area of Höga Kusten and has been listed here on Stugknuten since June. To celebrate our launch and the Swedish midsummer season, we have a special introductory offer for you:

• Minimum stay: 3 nights
• Each additional person costs 100 SEK per night extra. The house can accommodate up to 6 people in total.

cleaning.

Location & Surroundings
Our 96 m² holiday home is quietly located on the edge of the village of Mjällom and is an ideal starting point for nature lovers and hikers.
.• Right by the trail: Just 50 meters behind the house, the forest begins with the famous Världsarvsleden trail. From here, you can go on extended
hikes along the Ullangerfjord to Norfällsviken or collect berries and mushrooms.
• National Park & Views: There are 10 nature reserves in the surrounding area. The Skuleskogen National Park is a 40-minute drive away. You can
see the Högklinten mountain, with its views over the bays, directly from the house.
• Water & Beach: The hidden bay of Gamnolaviken on the Ullangerfjord is 900 meters away in the forest and easily reachable on foot.
For swimming in the sea, you can drive to the bay of Maviken (2.5 km) or to the long sandy beach of Storsand (7.2 km).
• Shopping: A grocery store with a small café and a petrol station is only 900 meters away.

House Features
The house is comfortably furnished and accommodates a maximum of 6 people. All windows have insect screens and there is high-speed fiber internet (300/300 Mbit/s) throughout the entire house & garden.

Upper Floor (Bedrooms & WC)
The bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds and blackout curtains, so you can sleep well even during the midnight sun.
• Bedroom 1: Queensize bed (160x200 cm) and private balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Double bed (140x200 cm).
• Bedroom 3: Accessed directly through Bedroom 2 (perfect for children). Bunk bed (bottom 120x200 cm, top 80x200 cm).
• WC: Toilet with sink.Ground Floor (Living Room & Kitchen)
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. There is a wood-burning stove by the dining area, creating a cozy Swedish atmosphere.
• Living Room: Furnished with a sofa, a relaxation chair, a large dining table, and a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV.
• Sauna: After a long day in nature, you can use the house's private sauna.
• In the basement, a washing machine with a dryer function and a drying rack are available.

All-Inclusive – No Hidden Costs
The price is final. The following services are included at no extra charge:

• Fresh bed linen and towels
• Use of the sauna, washing machine, and dryer
• Firewood for cozy evenings
• Electricity and all utilities
• Final cleaning. We only ask that you leave the house swept clean and dispose of the rubbish before your departure.

Important Information
• Check-in & Check-out: Thanks to a key box at the door, your arrival time is flexible. Check-in is from 15:00, check-out by 11:00.
• Parking: You can park for free directly in front of the house and on the driveway.
• E-Cars: Charging electric cars is not permitted at the house. There is a public charging station in Ullanger directly on the E4 highway (approx. 25
minutes away).
• Our holiday home is strictly non-smoking.
• Youth groups and loud parties are not allowed.
• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted either.
