Welcome to your holiday home, which we have lovingly furnished as a cosy retreat and a base for excursions in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Höga Kusten. It is a place where you can discover nature and the special magic of this breathtaking landscape.
Our 96 m² house accommodates up to 6 people, combining Swedish coziness with modern comfort. A sauna, fireplace, fast fiber internet, and a spacious garden make it an ideal spot for couples, nature lovers, and hiking enthusiasts – as well as families with children who want to feel right at home.
Location & Surroundings
• Just about 50 meters behind the house, the
forest begins with the famous Världsarvsleden
trail. From here, you can enjoy wonderful
hikes to the charming fishing village of
Norrfällsviken.
• There are 10 nature reserves in the surrounding
area. Skuleskogen National Park is a 40-minute
drive away. Högklinten, with its spectacular
views, is practically on your doorstep.
• The hidden little cove Gamnolaviken is located
900 meters away in the forest and can be
reached quickly on foot.
• For swimming in the sea, you can drive either
to the bay of Maviken (2.5 km) or to the sandy
beach at Storsand (7.2 km).
• Shopping: A grocery store with a small café and
gas station is just 900 meters away.

Upon arrival, we welcome you personally whenever possible and are happy to give you tips for excursions, hikes – and, of course, where to find the best berries and mushrooms.

5 av 5! Ett väldigt fint, rent och välskött boende med perfekt läge för den som tycker om naturen. Nära till vandringsleder, bad och fina områden för bärplockning. Annika var dessutom en mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Vi trivdes jättebra och kommer gärna tillbaka!

En väldig bra, nyrenoverad semesterhus med fantastisk läge.
Vi var två par och två barn i huset, och det funkade jättebra. För att komma till barnens sovrum skulle man gå genom föräldrarnas sovrum, vilket var utmärkt då vi som sov i andra rummet hörde inte barnen en ända gång när de vaknade på natten.
Huset är välutrustad, det mesta man kan behöva under sin semester finns och alla fönster har myggnät. Efter heldagsvandring var det skönt att kunna tvätta. I trädgården finns hallon, vinbär och krusbär och det finns även en pallkrage med grönsaker och kryddväxter. Det finns även en mindre kolgrill (som passar bättre för lite korv/hamburgare än hel måltid för 4 vuxen o 2 barn).
Från huset när man ut till naturen i alla olika riktningar. Några steg från huset hittar man en fin slinga med hur många blåbär som helst och fina kantareller och även stensopp. Missa inte att gå upp för Högklinten, det går fort och man får en fantastisk utsikt. Varmt rekommenderad!

Boendet var i utkanten av byn, perfekt att gå utanför dörren för att vandra på leder. Vi gick o badade på en det närmaste privat strand , fantastiskt. Vi sökte lugnet o fick det, väldigt bekvämt hus med alla faciliteter . I byn finns ett museum o en liten affär för det nödvändigaste. Området är oerhört vackert, både med vandringsmöjligheter för att sen köra till alla de stora attraktionerna. Vi kommer tillbaka.

Väldigt mysigt och fräscht boende i perfekt läge nära naturen. Praktiskt med gångavstånd till matbutik.
Lugn omgivning utan störande trafik.
Stor härlig tomt som var perfekt för barnen att springa av sig på.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Schweden – absolute Empfehlung!
Wir hatten ein paar wunderschöne Tage in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Schon der Empfang war unglaublich herzlich und der Check-in absolut unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft selbst war einfach perfekt: Es ist ein modern renoviertes Haus mit neuen sanitären Einrichtungen, bequemen Betten und gutem Komfort. Alles war sauber und das absolute Highlight war die eigene Sauna! Trotz der modernen Ausstattung haben wir uns wohlig-traditionell wie in einem klassischen Schwedenhaus gefühlt – wir haben uns einfach rundum wohlgefühlt.
Auch die Lage ist traumhaft. Die Gegend bietet wirklich alles, was man sich wünscht – wir hatten tolle Wanderungen und wunderschöne Stunden am See und in den Bergen. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Herzlichkeit im Ort; wir haben tolle, nette Gespräche in der Nachbarschaft geführt. Eine sehr echte, authentische und schöne Unterkunft. Kurz gesagt: Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!
