LAND large plot with large grass areas for playing and football etc. Swing set available. There is an older trampoline on the lawn that may be used at your own risk. The water and beach are a few minutes walk away. The swimming pool has a piece of sandy beach, a jetty and a floating jetty further out as it is shallow. The swimming pool is a community so it is of great importance that the swimming pool and the beach are used with respect.
