Newly renovated villa (sleeps 4–6)

Welcome to rent our newly renovated house in Borgholm.
This house is our second home and a place we truly love – a calm and pleasant retreat where you can relax and enjoy everything Öland has to offer.

The house accommodates 4–6 guests and includes:

- Three separate bedrooms
- Bedroom 1: Double bed, 180 cm
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: Bed, 140 cm
- Spacious kitchen with kitchen island and dining area, fridge, freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Living room with TV
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- Parking space for one car on the property; otherwise free parking is available on the street
- Wi‑Fi included (not fibre broadband)

There is a furnished terrace with a charcoal barbecue. At the front of the house you will find a small café table with two chairs.
You also have access to a large private garden at the rear of the property.

The house is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area, yet close to everything. Within easy walking distance you will find a grocery shop, beaches, nature, guest harbour, walking paths in Slottskogen, and Borgholm town centre. Attractions such as the ruins of Borgholm Castle and Solliden Palace are nearby.

The property is rented on a weekly basis, with changeover on Sundays.
Check-in from 3.00 pm and check-out by 11.00 am.
Duvets and pillows are provided; please bring your own bed linen and towels.
Final cleaning is carried out by the guests.
The house is rented to adults and families only. No smoking permitted.

The house is available for a limited number of weeks during spring, summer and autumn – perfect for everything from early spring weekends and summer holidays to peaceful late-summer and autumn stays on Öland.
(The basement floor is not included in the rental.)
