Old summer cottage on the shore of Lake Alsen

About 50 meters from the pier and beach is this small primitive summer cottage with a glass veranda, 1 bedroom and a kitchenette/living room, a total of about 40 square meters. A terrace in the southeast with garden furniture is available, a grill is available to borrow.

The cottage is simply furnished with 1 double bed and a sofa bed and a kitchenette (max. 4 people). The kitchenette has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, hob and microwave. The cottage has electricity and Wifi but lacks water and sewage. An old-fashioned outdoor toilet is about 50 m from the house. Water can be collected in a bucket about 50 m from the house. Non-smoking.

The pier and beach are shared with the public thanks to the right of public access, but are owned by the landlord. It may be possible to borrow a rowing boat and fishing equipment. The beach is shallow and suitable for children. The pier has evening sun and garden furniture and offers pleasant summer evenings.

Cleaning and bed linen and kitchen towels are included in the rent.

Parking is available outside the cottage. If you travel by train or bus, there is a bus stop 1 km from the cottage. The nearest train station is Krokom or Nälden, bus stop Ytterån.
