The 58 sqm cottage is well planned, offering great social spaces, a functional layout, and a fireplace. Windows in all directions provide beautiful natural light and a strong connection to nature, even indoors. From the kitchen, you step directly out onto a lovely outdoor area with a barbecue, a covered lounge space, a hammock, and a ping pong table. The property is set on a gently sloping natural plot, with wildlife and birds close by. This is a perfect place to relax. For those who enjoy being active, there are several small roads ideal for walking or jogging.

The house has two bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed, and the other with two beds, one of which is a loft bed. There is one bathroom with underfloor heating, an incinerating toilet, a shower, and a sink. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove with oven, and a dishwasher. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a wood-burning stove, a stereo with vinyl records, and a large TV.

The guest house (approx. 10 sqm) has a cozy double bed (180 cm wide) and a small patio with a bench for relaxing in the sun. The newly built wood-fired sauna includes a pleasant lounge area, wood storage, an outdoor shower, and a large deck for sunbathing and cooling off.

Saltarö is located in Värmdö municipality, a शांत and peaceful area close to both the sea and forest. The Värmdö trail runs through the area, offering excellent opportunities for scenic walks. The nearest grocery store is in Hemmesta center, about 7 km away, easily accessible by car, bus, or bicycle.
