Våmfjärden Värmdö. Lake plot, private jetty

The cottage is located on a large lakeside plot and is well planned with lavishly decorated furnishings and has everything you could want for a great holiday: Nice lake view, spacious wooden deck with sun loungers, barbecue and dining area, lakeside sauna, jetty and sun deck. A nice guest room by the sauna can also be rented on request for single-night visits.
Here you are in the middle of nature and there are many nice paths for walks and bike rides in rural and scenic surroundings. Bicycles are available to borrow.
The welcoming living room has large windows and a sliding door to the terrace facing the lake. The living room area has a comfortable sofa bed, armchairs and TV with chromecast. In the other part of the room there is a well-equipped kitchen and in between a small dining area at the bar table.

The bedroom is large and spacious with a double bed 180x200 cm, chest of drawers and wardrobes. There is plenty of space here to place a cot (available on request for an additional fee) if desired.
Next door is a spacious, newly renovated and luxurious bathroom with shower and toilet.

The lake cottage has a sauna with panoramic views of the bay, there is also a small guest room with a sofa bed for two that can be added for a night on request.
The jetty has a bathing ladder and it is nice to swim in the bay. The owner's boat is at the jetty but there is room for another one if you have your own small boat. Note, you have to pass under a bridge that only has 2 m of clear height.

The owners live on the same plot, the houses have separate terraces so you are undisturbed in each part.
The houses share a sauna and jetty with the pleasantly easy-going owners. The sauna is booked with the owners.

About 4 km from the house is Fågelbro Golf and Country Club, a golf course of high international class 18 + 9 holes. Fågelbro Golf and Country Club also offers padel, tennis, squash, SPA and restaurant.
The popular restaurant Bistro Malma at the Malmakvarn Yacht Club is located about 4 km from the cottage and you will find several nice and well-reputed lakeside taverns and restaurants within a short car/boat distance.

There are good opportunities for boat trips to several popular islands and the outer archipelago. From Stavsnäs harbor (about 20 minutes by car) there are many passenger boats when you want to explore the archipelago. Next to the harbor you will also find the picturesque Stavsnäs village with beautiful summer houses from previous centuries, the archipelago museum and the cozy Hembageriet pastry shop and bakery with food service with beer and wine license (occasionally also music entertainment). There is also a good ICA grocery store in Stavsnäs with extended service.

Near Stavsnäs is Djurö (go by car/bus over the beautiful Djurö bridge) and there you will find several nice restaurants with lake views, mini golf, and the Djurönäset facility with SPA, indoor pool and gym.

Värmdö shopping center with about 20 stores, several large grocery stores and all kinds of services are about 20 minutes away in the direction of Stockholm.

Distance to Stockholm about 40 km, about 45 minutes by car.
Very good bus connections to Stockholm are available with SL bus 433 and 434. These buses also operate further out in the archipelago, such as Stavsnäs harbor and Djurö.
