In a nice villa in wonderful Edsåsdalen there is an apartment with its own entrance. South-facing with fantastic views of Grofjället and Välliste.

The apartment consists of a combined living room/bedroom, large kitchen, hall and bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of seating, modern appliances and the original 1950s-style cupboard doors. The living room with sofa and TV also serves as a bedroom and has a bunk bed with two regular seats and an extra pull-out bed. The sofa easily converts into a good quality double bed. The hall is spacious with plenty of space for both shoes and clothes, both summer and winter. Private covered patio facing south with a lounge sofa in the summer.

The villa is located in the middle of Edsåsdalen, right on the children's slope and next door to the hotels Köja and Renfjällsgården. Ski in/ski out on the children's slope and a 3-minute walk to Köjalift. If you want to go cross-country skiing in the winter or hike in the summer, the mountain trails and cross-country trails start at the foot of the children's slope. Optimal, mountain-close accommodation for a couple or a family with 1-2 children.

Edsåsdalen is a quiet and harmonious small village and is a perfect starting point for exploring both Åre, Duved, Trillevallen, Ottsjö and Vålådalen. It takes only 25 minutes by car to Åre's pulse and ski slopes and 35 minutes to the peace and nature experiences of Vålådalen. Many mountain trails for both skiing and hiking start from Edsåsdalen and there are both lifts and ski slopes available.

The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering and cleaning materials are available. Normally, final cleaning and bed linen are not included, but may be possible to purchase upon request.
