Historic villa in beautiful nature |SE08051

Beautiful house that has been carefully renovated to modern standards. On the first floor you will find one of the bedrooms with two single beds for adults and a single bed for a child under 12 years of age. Here you will also find the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Functional kitchen with dining area and a gigantic old beautiful brick log with an iron stove that you can burn in. The living room or hall as it was called before has wooden floors and contemporary furniture and here you can have cozy dinners in front of the beautiful stove. If you go up the steep stairs to the second floor you will find two more bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. The highlight of the house is of course the billiard room with bar. Why not challenge each other to a game one evening while enjoying the warmth of a nice fire. Here the ceilings are high and there is a wonderful coziness factor.

Things to see and do in Svenljunga and the surrounding area

The area around the holiday home is rich in beautiful walking paths for relaxing walks. Several waterways and nice lakes with the cleanest water for swimming and fishing excursions. Close to the cradle of the textile industry, Borås, there is a wide range of entertainment, restaurants and culture. Don't miss a visit to Borås Zoo.
