The property includes two houses, a boathouse, jetty deck, sun deck and terraces – ideal for two families or a larger family wishing to holiday together while still enjoying separate living spaces.

The plot offers a private, child-friendly pebble beach, smooth rock formations and lawn areas. The jetty deck and terraces are natural gathering places for swimming, dining and long evenings in the sun.

The Waxholm ferry is within walking distance during summer and provides convenient access to Vaxholm, Grinda, Finnhamn and Stockholm.

Guests are responsible for final cleaning according to checklist.
Bed linen and towels are brought by guests unless otherwise agreed.

Summer water supply from shared well.
A modern incinerating toilet is located in the loft house.
A separate toilet building (dry toilet) is available on the property.

Rowboat with oars and small outboard motor available for rent.
Fishing with hand-held equipment (e.g. rod) is permitted from the jetty and within the property’s water area. The rowboat may be used for simple recreational fishing. Nets, traps or other fixed fishing gear are not permitted.

A baby cot and high chair (IKEA Antilop) can be rented if needed.

The property is professionally owned and managed.
