Welcome to Änget – a spacious two-storey house on idyllic Ulvön in the High Coast. Here you stay privately on a large property close to hiking, swimming and archipelago life.

The house is 125 m² on two floors with two bedrooms furnished with double beds (four permanent beds), plus the possibility of up to four additional beds.
On the ground floor there is a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. The bathroom features a shower and a modern, easy-to-use incineration toilet (instructions are provided).
The house has been completely renovated and combines classic archipelago charm with modern comforts.
* * * * * Outdoor Area & Property * * * * *
The spacious west-facing terrace of approximately 70 m² offers sunshine from morning until late evening and is perfect for barbecues and social gatherings. It includes a pergola with lounge furniture, a hammock, an outdoor kitchen, a large dining table for up to 10 people, and both a charcoal and electric grill.
The property is approximately 10,000 m² with large lawns for play and activities. A small football field and outdoor games are also available.

Four adult bicycles available free of charge.
Modern and fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Basic kitchen utensils and consumables provided.

The house is peacefully and privately located in a village setting above Ulvöhamn, about 1 km from the ferry landing at Fjären and approximately 4 km from the harbour with restaurants, shop, pool and activities.
Ulvön is part of the High Coast World Heritage Site and offers swimming, hiking, fishing, scenic viewpoints, culture and archipelago experiences.

Good parking facilities are available at the house. You are welcome to bring your car on the ferry M/F Ulvön, but please book space for your vehicle well in advance. More information is available on the ferry operator’s website.
* * * * * Rental Terms * * * * *
Rental is mainly weekly from Sunday to Sunday during high season. Shorter stays may be possible in spring and autumn.
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM (flexible by agreement).
A security deposit of SEK 3,000 applies and will be refunded within seven days after departure, provided the house is left in good condition and no damage has occurred.
Final cleaning is included in the price. Guests are responsible for basic tidying according to the checklist (dishes, waste disposal, wiping surfaces, etc.). Additional cleaning may be charged if necessary.
The main booker must be at least 25 years old.
The house is rented for peaceful stays. Parties and larger gatherings are not permitted, and we kindly ask guests to respect neighbours and the village environment.
The house is not childproofed, and parents are responsible for supervising children during their stay.
