House in nature with private jetty

Welcome to Aspö!
Here you have your own private jetty and nature right on your doorstep. The house is modern yet cozy, with a spacious outdoor terrace and a lush garden.

On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen with an adjoining dining area that seats up to 12 people, as well as a living room overlooking the Aspö nature reserve. This floor also includes a bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, a laundry room, an entrance hall, and an additional guest toilet.

On the upper floor, you’ll find:
A living room
One bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining sleeping alcove with a single bed
One bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds
One bedroom with two single beds
An additional smaller sleeping alcove with a single bed
A bathroom with shower and toilet

PLEASE NOTE: As I have only recently taken over responsibility for this house and will be furnishing it during spring 2026, the interior images should be viewed as inspiration only. They are based on a visual plan created with the help of AI, using photos of the empty rooms. The images will be updated gradually as the furnishing is completed.
