This gardenhouse located just 20 minutes from the beautiful capital of Stockholm, sits right next to a nature reserve and offers a peaceful retreat close to the city.

It is an ideal holiday home for families or groups with different interests, or for those who want to combine exploring Stockholm with enjoying the tranquility and beauty of Swedish nature.

About 1 km from the house you will find the forest lake Gömmaren, where you can go for a swim or purchase a fishing permit (equipment not included).

The Gömmaren Nature Reserve offers a wide range of hiking trails suitable for all ages and experience levels. If you visit in late July or August, you can pick your own blueberries – and if you’re lucky, even chanterelles.

Within walking distance (approx. 1 km) in Källbrink you will also find a charming local café, tennis and football courts, as well as an outdoor gym.

Within just 5 minutes by car, you reach Flottsbro. Here you can rent kayaks, enjoy a floating sauna, ride downhill cars and much more.

If you are a mountain biker, you can start riding directly from the house on forest trails, use prepared tracks nearby, or visit the bikepark with downhill biking in Flottsbro about 15 minutes away with bike.

Getting to Stockholm is easy. A bus stop is located about 100 meters from the house and connects you to the commuter train (pendeltåg), which takes you to Stockholm city center in approximately 15 minutes. By car, the drive takes around 25 minutes.

You may also choose to simply relax at the house. The garden overlooks fields and forest and offers a peaceful setting. Enjoy the outdoor hot tub, relax on the terrace, or prepare a great barbecue while taking in the long Swedish summer evenings.

The house has 3.5 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: bed 210 cm
Bedroom 2: bed 120 cm
Bedroom 3: bed 80 cm
Sleeping alcove: bed 90 cm
The living room sofa can be converted into a bed (120 cm)

There is one bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave, and there is a dining table seating at least six people.

Free WiFi and two TVs are available.

Two free parking spaces are located next to the house. Standard power outlets are available at the parking area (not EV chargers). An adapter is available for slow EV charging.

No smoking indoors.
