Charming Cabin at Högfjället – Sälen

I am renting out my ownership week in house 13A at BRF Hemfjällsbyn. The cabin has an excellent location with the connecting lift to the Högfjället slopes just a short walk away and the cross-country ski trails starting right around the corner. The lift is visible from the window, and the button lift passes directly by the trail entrance.
The cabin is a semi-detached house of approximately 50 sqm with two bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area. One bedroom has a double bed and the other a bunk bed. The living room includes a sofa bed for two people. In total there are four regular beds and two extra beds, suitable for up to six guests.
Bathroom with toilet, shower, washbasin and drying cabinet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher and dining area. The living room also features a TV, a wood-burning stove and access to a west-facing terrace. Outdoor furniture is stored in the ski shed, and a lockable storage room is included.
The ski bus stops a couple of hundred metres from the cabin. It is about 600 metres to Högfjällshotellet, offering restaurants, après-ski, spa, gym, ski shop, grocery store (ICA), cinema and various activities.
Rental period: week 7, Saturday to Saturday
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM
Final cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
Key handover in Sälen costs an extra SEK 250. If you live in the Västra Götaland region, personal handover can likely be arranged at no extra cost.
