Welcome to our renovated and cozy 6 bed cabin in Duved with sauna, fireplace and EV charger, perfect for families or smaller groups who want a comfortable stay with the mountains and skiing right outside the door. Here you stay in the genuine tranquility of the Jämtland mountains, only about 7 km from Åre, with ski in ski out access to the Duved ski area.
Duved’s and Tegefjäll’s ski systems are connected and offer slopes suitable for all ages and skill levels. In addition to great piste skiing in Duved, Tegefjäll provides Åre’s best off piste skiing for families with children. If you want to ski in Åre’s larger system, you can easily get there with the free ski bus, which departs from the area below the cabin. The area can be reached by putting on your skis and gliding down the children’s slope. The ski bus is included with a valid SkiStar lift pass.
The cabin has 6 beds across two bedrooms, one with a 180 cm double bed and one with two bunk beds. All beds have comfortable mattresses suitable for adults. The renovated and bright living room is a cozy gathering place with a sofa, TV, and fireplace, giving extra warmth and a true mountain atmosphere after a day outside. Wi Fi is available in the cabin.
The kitchen is functional and well equipped for self catering and has a dining area directly adjacent. The cabin also has a bathroom with shower and washing machine, as well as a private sauna, making long stays comfortable. The cabin has modern appliances including washing machine, Wi Fi with good connectivity, and an EV charger where charging is included in the price.
In Duved you’ll find a well stocked ICA supermarket, restaurants, a sports shop and a SkiStar shop. Duved also has a sports center with paddle and tennis courts, gym, and indoor climbing. Duved train station is within walking distance from the cabin, making the accommodation easily accessible even without a car. The cabin is perfect both for winter vacations with alpine and cross country skiing and for summer and autumn with hiking, cycling, and nature experiences.
