A wonderful classic archipelago house dating back to the 1700s and renovated to a high villa standard on a fantastic open seaside plot in the south with a large jetty facility on the mainland on Värmdö in the middle of the Stockholm Archipelago. A very beautiful lake house of 8 rooms in classic Swedish interior style, 8 wide beds in 4 double/twin rooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and WC, large modern fully equipped kitchen, Dining room for up to 12–14 people with large fireplace and salon with tiled stove, both with parquet floors and small rest chamber, TV lounge and laundry room. All rooms have lake views.

The house, "Elfsala lodge Gästgård" is 170 sqm on two floors, originally from 1760, previously extended with two bedrooms wings with shower/WC. The house has recently been renovated with, among other things, a new modern kitchen, three new bedrooms, three tiled bathrooms with shower and WC, a new laundry room and a newly furnished attic. The house has fast fibre connection with WiFi and TV channels, heating all year round with waterborne heat pump and parking with electric charger for electric cars. Rowing boat with outboard motor is included during the summer months.
The house is not a private home but decorated with warmth and care as a really cozy home for rent to our tenants and is well cared for continuously, cleaned properly, maintained-renovated and refreshed all the time.

The house has a manor's U-shape and is located on a flat lawn seaside plot only 15 meters from the lake facing south with a terrace, outside lounge with barbecue and pavilion with dining area and sun loungers, large jetty facility with sofa-lounge and with sailboat depth and guest buoys, beach with a sauna and bathing cliff. Elfsala is only 35 minutes by car from Stockholm on tarmac roads all the way to the house and 30 minutes by private boat to the outer archipelago and the sailing harbour Sandhamn. Buses go from Stockholm to 500 meters from the house and take 45 minutes.
Plenty of excursion destinations are available both on land and at sea. In the area there is a tennis court and a child-friendly swimming pool with diving tower. Several golf courses and a large boat marina with restaurant and boat service are close by.

Distance: Stockholm to Lilla Fagerdala 36 km, where Elfsala Gästgård is located. From the house: to Bullandö Marina; shop, restaurant, ice cream café, ship shop, boat rental, garbage station, etc, 2.5 km (1 NM, nautical mile, sea by boat), Hemmesta COOP grocery store 9 km, golf courses 3, 4 – 6 km (2 NM), Sandhamn / outer archipelago about 10NM, larger shopping centre is Mölnvik about 13 km. Stavsnäs archipelago harbour 35 min by car, by boat 2 NM. Strömma Kanal seaside restaurant/grill/bar 7km, by car:18 km or by boat about 2 NM.
