House by the lake incl. Pool and electric boat

This cozy holiday home is located between Väckelsång and Tingsryd, just about 100 meters from Lake Fiskestadsjön.

It accommodates up to 6 guests and offers approx. 62 m² of living space, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends who want to enjoy peace, nature, and activities by the water. The lake is perfect for fishing.

After entering the house, you step into a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen features a large dining table and all essential appliances, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and fridge-freezer. All necessary cooking utensils for everyday use are provided.

The living area offers a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV. A large wardrobe provides plenty of storage space and also includes a safe for your personal valuables. From the living room, a staircase leads to the cozy open sleeping area on the upper floor, with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed if needed.

On the ground floor, you will also find:
• one large bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe
• one smaller bedroom with two single beds and wardrobe
• one bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin, and a large bathroom cabinet

The spacious terrace with 6 seats and two sun loungers invites you to relax while enjoying views of the lake and the pool.

The heated pool is open from May 15 to September 15. The pool can be covered with a retractable roof, allowing you to enjoy swimming even in bad weather.

Location & Surroundings

The house is part of a quiet cottage area with only 10 houses, located directly at Lake Fiskestadsjön. The sandy beach offers ideal conditions for swimming, fishing, and various water activities.

In Tingsryd, you’ll find a shopping center with an excellent selection of groceries and everyday necessities.
Southern Sweden also offers many beautiful excursion destinations, charming small towns, hiking trails, and moose parks. The nearest larger city, Växjö, is about 30 minutes away by car.
