We rent out the farmhouse for short or long term at our horse farm at Svedberga Kulle, Allerum NV Skåne.
Weekly over the summer but before and after the possibility of renting longer. 9000 SEK/week during high season Jun-Aug. Weekly rent low season 8000 SEK. Monthly rent low season 10500 SEK cold rent.
Fully furnished, 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, combined oven/microwave. Broadband. Electric car charger available for an extra fee.
Shower, 1 toilet, combined washing machine/tumble dryer.
On the farm there are horses, rabbits and the cat Hassel (she’s a hassle :) Svedberga Kulle has fantastic walking trails. The farm is located near Höganäs and Kullabygden with a wide range of restaurants, nature experiences and different types of beaches. Cycle path all the way to Mölle. Pets are welcome to come along.
