Live in an artist’s studio building on the idyllic and scenic island of Sturkö in the Karlskrona archipelago!
Walking distance to swimming spots and fishing opportunities. The area offers beautiful nature and close access to a grocery store, bakery, playground, café, pizzeria and more. Sturkö and the surrounding islands offer several lovely beaches.

There are good connections to Karlskrona — only 500 meters to the bus stop and 1 km to the ferry, which takes you to Karlskrona in 15 minutes. Feel free to pack a picnic basket and explore the Eastern Archipelago with direct ferry connections from Sturkö. By car, you can reach central Karlskrona in 30 minutes.

The studio building, 53 sqm and built in 2000, consists of two sections with separate entrances. Between the doors is a covered veranda, making it easy to move between the spaces dry and comfortably dressed.
One section contains a living room with kitchen; the other has a shower cabin, toilet, and a bedroom on the upper floor. The living room has an open ceiling and large windows, with a dining area, sofa group, a recliner, and a 46-inch Full HD TV with basic channels. Free fiber WiFi with good capacity. There is also an air‑to‑air heat pump providing pleasant cooling on warm days. The kitchen is well equipped with convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Parking is available, with the option to charge an electric car. Price by agreement.

The bedroom has four 80 cm spring beds, which can easily be rearranged for best comfort. A travel cot and highchair are available to borrow.

In the room with the toilet and shower cabin, there is also a washing machine.

The studio building and the owners’ house share the same 3000 sqm lush plot. Its secluded location offers peace and quiet, which guests greatly appreciate. A large cherry tree provides pleasant shade — our own “cork oak”.
On the southeast side there is one neighbor, whose house is about 50 meters away; other neighbors are barely noticeable.

A private outdoor seating area with garden furniture and barbecue facilities is available. For children, there is a trampoline, among other things.

The weekly rental price applies to 4 people. Space for an additional 2 people can be arranged with a foldable bed in the living room. Price by agreement with the landlord.
Smoking indoors is not permitted. If you have pets, please discuss indoor access with the landlord.
Rental period per week is Saturday 15:00 to Saturday 11:00. For shorter stays, check‑out is no later than 11:00 and check‑in no earlier than 15:00.
Guests clean before departure. A deposit of 1000 SEK is paid at check‑in and refunded at check‑out. Standard final cleaning can be included for 1000 SEK.

Pillows and duvets are included. Bed linen can be rented for 200 SEK per set.
