Here you live with the forest around the corner and the sea right next to the house. The property sits very close to the water, on a beautiful natural plot with an unobstructed lake view. It’s only 100 meters to the sunny swimming cliffs at Erstaviken, and on the other side of the house you’ll find Vårgärdssjön with its bathing docks for a refreshing morning dip. In winter, both Erstaviken and Vårgärdssjön offer magical conditions for long-distance ice skating. Pack a thermos of coffee, grab your skates and walk down in 2 minutes.

The Accommodation
Saltsjöbaden is a magical place with close access to the archipelago and its thousands of islands, while Stockholm city is only 30 minutes away.

The 150 sqm villa is cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable. There is a carport for parking. It is located on a private corner plot without close neighbors. The house has a social open floor plan with kitchen, dining area, and living room featuring large windows, beautiful natural light, and views over Erstaviken. From the living room, you can step directly out onto a generous terrace with a dining area, grill, and sunbeds in glorious sunshine all day long. The house has a large bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and toilet. There is also a guest WC by the hallway and a laundry room one flight down.

The kitchen is a modern Italian design from Binova (approx. 10 years old), with an oven and stove from Gaggenau, and a large fridge & freezer with an ice maker. Fully equipped with everything you need.

All three bedrooms have been newly painted and furnished with comfortable and inviting beds for a total of 5 people. In the living room, there is also a 140 cm sofa bed that sleeps 2.

The laundry room is located one floor down, in the basement level, and includes a washing machine, dryer & iron. Bicycles are also available to borrow. Direct entry from the carport to the utility entrance/basement is possible.

Here you live right in the middle of nature with Erstaviken on one side and Vårgärdssjön on the other. By bike, you reach Solsidan train station in 7 minutes, where the train to Stockholm city takes about 30 minutes.

Next to the harbor in Hotellviken, by Baggensfjärden, KSSS has its clubhouse. The majestic Grand Hotel offers accommodation, a bar & restaurant, and the popular Holmen Kök & Bar is located opposite on Holmen. At Saltisbadet you can enjoy two charming bathhouses, one for women and one for men. The bathhouses date back to 1913, when the women’s bathhouse was built. The clay tennis courts are just a stone’s throw from the Grand Hotel. Saltsjöbaden Golf Club is a 10-minute drive away. In winter, the golf club prepares cross-country ski tracks. If you prefer downhill skiing, Saltisbacken is just a 15-minute walk from the house. Saltsjöbaden also offers fantastic nature reserves waiting to be explored.
