Wonderful old summer farm built in 1887, 25 m from the ocean with a big glassed veranda with an ocean view. The property has a big garden, about 3 000 sqm with many green rooms ideal for relaxing. Perfect place for two families with separate or joint household. Great fishing opportunities. Please note thresholds are higher than in modern houses and there is quite a steep staircase to the second floor so not suitable for guests with limited balance.
Six beds are distributed amongst 6 rooms and a kitchen with dish washer in the yellow main house. Three beds in two bedrooms in the red house and a living room with integrated smaller kitchen + one guest house with a double bed. Please note that WC and shower are located in the little yellow guest house i.e not the main house. All is furnished in an old style.
Sauna with own jetty, small boat for fishing for instance, row boat + dinghy and two kanaks are included. Garden furniture, basic fishing equipment, barbecue equipment, 2 bikes, parlour games and joiners workshop included.
10 km to Arkösund where you find a number of restaurants, rent washing machines in the guest Marina, a grocery store, a small beach, mini golf, football field, tennis and padel. From Arkösund you can also hop on a diversity of ferries into one of Sweden’s most scenic archipelagos to Islands such as Harstena and Tyrislöt.
It takes about half an hour by car to Kolmården and 20 min to the majestic castle Mauritzberg where you can play golf, padel and tennis.

Mycket trevligt boende, perfekt uppdelat i flera byggnader. Kul med möjlighet att låna båtar. Bra fiske inne i viken, både gäddor och abborrar nappade varje dag. Nära till en bra matbutik och fint bad i Arkösund. Rekommenderar att besöka glassfabriken och strutsfarmen i närheten.
