LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN
The heart of the house boasts an impressive 7-meter ceiling, large windows overlooking the marsh, and a central wood-burning stove.

The spacious kitchen and dining area are designed for memorable dinners.
Seating for up to 10 people, with both highchairs and junior chairs available.
Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker – everything you need, all of high standard.

The living area features a large, comfortable sofa perfect for curling up in front of the fire and enjoying the view.
Modern smart TV – simply log in to your favorite streaming apps or cast directly from your phone.
250 Mbit fiber connection and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to take a video call while streaming the downhill race on TV.


BEDROOM 1
Located on the ground floor with a comfortable double bed (180 cm) and a large wardrobe.

BEDROOM 2
A bit further from the living room, this bedroom has a bunk bed (90 cm) and a wardrobe – ideal for children who go to bed a little earlier.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4
Upstairs are two tastefully decorated bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 cm) that can be arranged as doubles or separated.
Practical storage in dressers and on wall hooks.

LOFT
Outside the upstairs bedrooms, the loft offers an additional lounge area.
Relax on the sofa and enjoy the view – the sofa can also be converted into a double bed (160 cm).

BATHROOM 1
On the ground floor: elegant bathroom with shower, toilet, towel warmer, and sink.
Plenty of storage for toiletries in the vanity cabinet.

BATHROOM 2
Upstairs: second bathroom with toilet and sink.

LAUNDRY ROOM
On the ground floor: modern laundry with washer, dryer, and drying cabinet.

SAUNA
A spacious sauna that fits the entire group, with a beautiful view through a glass door straight out into nature.

STORAGE ROOM
Outside the house, you’ll find a large storage room equipped with a professional boot dryer for up to 10 pairs.
