Welcome to this charming cabin in Duved, conveniently located close to all amenities.
The cabin enjoys an ideal location, just 400 meters from both the ski bus and the drag lift at Hotel Renen.
It is situated approximately 150 meters from Duved’s train station and the picturesque Glashyttan.
The building has undergone extensive improvements, including an extension and renovations in 2002.
In 2020, further upgrades were made, including the installation of a modern kitchen and a new bedroom. The main living area was opened up with new windows, and all surfaces were clad in horizontal paneling, except for the bathroom which is equipped as a wet room.
The cabin offers modern conveniences such as 500/500 fiber internet, dishwasher, oven with stove, microwave, washing machine, a modern 55-inch TV, and a sauna. There are two bathrooms with two showers and two toilets, and the entrance hall features practical boot warmers/boot fans.
The cabin can accommodate up to 12 guests with the following bed arrangements:
Bedroom 1: One double bed (180x200 cm) with a mattress topper.
Bedroom 2: One double bed (160x200 cm) with a mattress topper, and one bunk bed with mattresses (80x200 cm).
Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90x200 cm each) with mattress toppers.
Bedroom 4: One bunk bed with mattresses (lower bed: 120x200 cm, upper bed: 90x200 cm).
Bedroom 5 (loft): Two single beds (90x200 cm) with fixed mattresses and slatted bases, plus mattress toppers.
All eight beds on the ground floor are new spring base beds purchased in 2020. The loft has two beds with comfortable mattresses, and the bunk bed on the ground floor is equipped with two fixed mattresses installed in 2022.
The cabin offers a generous 124 square meters of living space plus a practical sleeping loft.
Please note: Charging electric vehicles directly from the house is not permitted. A Vattenfall Charging Station is available on Stinsvägen, 300 meters from the cabin.
Important information regarding maintenance and other details will be provided upon personal contact.
Check-in is available on Saturdays from 2:00 PM, and check-out is also on Saturdays by 12:00 PM. Alternative dates can be discussed if needed.
