Welcome to Villa Davvi dállu, your "House of the North," an exclusive retreat in the picturesque municipality of Älvsbyn. The detached villa has been extensively renovated and offers you and up to seven other guests (8 people in total) a modern, comfortable home surrounded by the breathtaking nature of Northern Sweden.

Living & Culinary Delights
The heart of the house is the spacious and open-plan living area. The kitchen is a true paradise for amateur chefs, equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, and hand mixer. A large fridge-freezer offers plenty of space, and an additional freezer chest is available in the garage. The adjacent dining area invites up to eight people to enjoy meals together at the large table. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa and use your streaming services via the 55-inch Smart TV. A heat pump ensures a perfect indoor climate all year round.

Four Bedrooms and Wellness
The house has a total of four cozy bedrooms:

"Berry" & "Blue" (Ground floor): Each with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm).

"Yellow" (Ground floor): One double bed (160x200 cm).

"Red" (Basement): A newly designed bedroom in the basement with a double bed.

All rooms can be darkened and are equipped with fly screens. The modern bathroom features a spacious shower, two washbasins, and a Bluetooth speaker.

Your Garden Sanctuary & Activity Time
The outdoor area is a real highlight. The large, private garden invites you to relax, and in the conservatory with child-safe glass, you can enjoy nature protected from the elements. For our younger guests, there is a play and activity house. A special experience is the wood-fired sauna at the back of the garage. Dogs are now also warmly welcome.

New in the basement: Our hobby and activity room with a weight bench, yoga mat, and dartboard offers the perfect balance.

Practical Amenities & Security
The famous Storforsen rapids are only about 5 km away. You can park your vehicles safely in the garage or on the parking space. For longer stays, a fully equipped laundry room is available in the basement. Please note that the basement is only accessible via stairs and some rooms there remain privately locked.
