Welcome to Villa Davvi dállu, your "House of the North," an exclusive retreat in the picturesque municipality of Älvsbyn. The detached villa was completely renovated and refurbished in August 2025 and offers you and up to five other guests a modern, comfortable home amidst the breathtaking nature of Northern Sweden. Here, tranquility, relaxation, and high-quality amenities combine for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Cozy Meets Modern Design
The heart of the house is the spacious and open-plan living area on the ground floor. The kitchen is a true paradise for amateur chefs: It is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, air fryer, microwave, and a hand mixer. A large fridge-freezer provides plenty of space for your groceries, and there's even an additional chest freezer in the garage. The adjacent dining area invites you to enjoy shared meals at the large table. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa and use your favorite streaming services on the 55-inch smart TV (no free-to-air channels). A heat pump ensures a perfect indoor climate, serving as air conditioning in the summer.

The house features three cozy bedrooms, all of which have been newly renovated. In the "Berry" and "Blue" bedrooms, you will each find a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm). In the "Yellow" bedroom, a double bed (160x200 cm) awaits you. All rooms can be darkened and are equipped with mosquito screens. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, two sinks, and a Bluetooth speaker.

Your Garden Sanctuary
The outdoor area of the villa is a true highlight. The large, private garden invites you to linger and play. In the winter garden with child-safe glass and insect screens, you can enjoy nature protected all year round. From here, you also have a direct view of the garden to keep an eye on the children. For our younger guests, there is a play and activity house with a swing, a play kitchen, and other outdoor games. In the evenings, you can wind down by the fire pit or use our new wood-fired sauna at the back of the garage, which will be ready for you after the chimney sweep's approval.

Practical Amenities and Honest Notes
Thanks to its tranquil location, Villa Davvi dállu is the ideal place for nature lovers. The famous Storforsen rapids are only about 5 km away and easily accessible by car. You can park your vehicles securely in the unheated garage or on the parking space. For longer stays, a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board is available in the basement. Please note that the laundry room is only accessible via stairs, which could be an obstacle for guests with limited mobility.
