Modern cabin with a private beach in a quiet area

Welcome to this summer dream with a fantastic seaside location in Stockholm archipelago! Modern (built in 2023), well-equipped cottage with a private sandy beach and bathing rocks right outside.

Our guest cabin is 35 m² (375 sq ft) with high ceilings and features one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) for two, plus a loft (10 m² / 110 sq ft) with two single beds (80 cm wide each). The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining table, and sofa lounge. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large windows, sliding glass doors, and panoramic sea views from every room. AC and floor fans in the bedroom and loft for warm days. Wooden deck with dining area and BBQ.

Kitchen with induction hob (two zones), oven, microwave, toaster, and water and coffee makers. Large fridge/freezer. Complete with kitchenware in the form of glasses, crockery, cutlery, saucepans, frying pans, barbecue utensils, etc.

Bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink.

Wooden deck around the cabin in the best sunny position (south/west) all afternoon and evening with table for four people, parasol, sun loungers/beds, and charcoal grill.

The private sandy beach is wonderful for refreshing dips and swimming, while the rocks are ideal for sunbathing or fishing for pike and perch. Magical sunsets over the sea.

Fast fiber internet with guest network (Wi-Fi) and good mobile coverage. Chromecast TV/streaming. Two older sea kayaks and a small rowboat with life jackets are available to borrow (free of charge).

Road access to the cottage with free parking. About 1 hour and 45 minutes from Stockholm/Uppsala by car. You can also take SL bus 636 (Marums by) + 2.5 km walk. The cabin is located next to our vacation home.

RENTAL TERMS
• Available for 6- or 7-day stays (Saturday or Sunday check-in) during August and September. Other dates available upon request.
• Maximum 4 guests.
• Bed linens and towels not included (pillows, duvets, and blankets provided).
• No smoking, no pets.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning before check-out.
• Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 10 AM.

• Bring your bikes or running shoes for scenic rides and walks along winding gravel roads in beautiful archipelago surroundings.
• World-class waters for kayaking, with both inner and outer archipelago routes.
