Wifi included and a 98" smart TV, perfect for a movie night.
Atrium with wooden deck, partly under cover with fireplace. Smoking is allowed in this space.
At the back, facing west, there is a large glassed-in conservatory that opens up to the garden.
There is also a charcoal grill for those who like to cook outdoors.
Four-legged friends welcome.

If desired, towels and sheets can be rented for an additional cost.
This is not a party house, we are looking for quiet tenants who appreciate nature and the environment and who are concerned about other people's property.

Things to do
The forests around the house offer nice walks, mushroom picking and nice views out to the water.
Within walking distance there are 2 swimming areas, a football pitch, a boules court and an outdoor gym.
A canoe + canoe trailer with life jackets are available to borrow.
Fishing at Sundet, Vidöstern and Lake Välingasjön are also within walking distance.
At Sundet there is a very good boat ramp where you can get down to Vidöstern/Lagan for those who have a boat with you.
