The house is located high on the plot with a wonderful view of the archipelago and the fairway. Below, a private sandy beach and a fantastic pier await, perfect for swimming, sunbathing, dining or just quiet enjoyment in the evening sun.

Remember to plan your meals as there is no shop on the island. Food delivery can be ordered directly to the pier from Mathem. The house has basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, flour, vinegar. Let us know if anything runs out during your stay.

Cleaning, sheets and towels are not included.
Can possibly be arranged by agreement.

Boat mooring is available at the pier and in the nearby harbor.

No animals are allowed in the house.
No smoking.
