Welcome to our spacious and modern mountain cabin with a stunning view!

Nestled at the edge of the forest in Mattestorp, Branäs, this cabin offers true ski-in/ski-out living with nature right outside your door. Enjoy outstanding skiing with the slopes just steps away.

The house features 123 sqm of living space, sleeps up to 12 guests, and includes two living rooms, two bathrooms, and a private sauna. There is an EV charger, parking for several cars, and an exceptional location right by the chairlift to the summit. From the doorstep, a gentle transport slope leads directly down to the children’s ski area in Byn—perfect for families. ✨❄️

The cabin offers a peaceful setting, yet is close to shops and other amenities.

Accommodation Information:
A 123 sqm cabin with a lovely open-plan layout over two floors. On the entrance level, you’ll step into a spacious hallway, leading into the fully equipped kitchen and living room with a fireplace, generous social area, and breathtaking views of the Klarälven river and the surrounding mountains. Along the house’s exterior runs a balcony, perfect for enjoying the sunrise.

On the entrance floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and one of the two bathrooms, which includes a shower.

Downstairs, you’ll find an additional living room with a TV, a bathroom with shower and sauna, and three bedrooms – one master bedroom with a double bed and two rooms with two bunk beds each. One of these is located opposite the master bedroom, and the two rooms are accessed through a shared door, creating a peaceful and secluded sleeping area. There’s also a workspace with a desk and monitor. From the lower floor, you have direct access to the spacious terrace.

EV charging:
There is a charging box for electric vehicles at the house. To charge, use the key fob (tag), for which you’ll receive a code after payment. Charging is not included in the rental price.
Price: 350 SEK per vehicle for stays up to 7 days.
500 SEK per vehicle for stays of 7–14 days.

Please note:
The accommodation is smoke-free, and parties are not allowed out of respect for neighbors and others visiting the area for relaxation and nature.

Grocery stores are available in Sysslebäck and Likenäs, about a 10-minute drive from the cabin.

Cleaning shall be done according to a checklist.
