Welcome to Värmland, one of Sweden's most beautiful regions. Our house is located on the border between Årjäng and Säffle, on Lake Noranetjärnet. Imagine waking up in the morning, gazing at green treetops, hearing birdsong and the gentle rippling of the Lillälven River in your own garden. Watch birds, beavers, and with a bit of luck, even elk in the riverbed. A place to relax and fall in love. From every window, you can look directly into nature. Breakfast in the garden with a view of the water, and walks or canoe trips are possible right from the front door. Snow-sure winters, like in a picture-perfect setting. The nearest lake is a two-minute walk away. Here you can go fishing, simply swim, or spend a few pleasant hours on the water with a stand-up paddleboard.

House:
The house is very well-divided at 50 square meters. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, a dining room with an open kitchen, and a living room with an adjoining bedroom with a double bed. The ground floor also features a fireplace, which creates a pleasant warmth on cooler days. There is always plenty of firewood available. The upper floor is accessible via a staircase. This floor houses another bedroom with a double bed. There is also a living area with a sofa. The holiday home can accommodate up to four people. Smoking is prohibited in the house. Pets are welcome upon request. On-site care is available (German, English, Swedish). The minimum stay is 1 week.

The 1700 m² property consists of a large, unfenced lawn with parking and direct access to the river. A small terrace is located directly between the house and the river, allowing you to sit under cover. Our property invites you to relax and unwind.

Every season is beautiful here. From breathtaking spring, the beautiful summers with their never-ending days, to the colorful autumn, where mushroom pickers get their money's worth, and the beautiful winter months when the Northern Lights can be seen.

Surroundings/Activities:
There is a small supermarket and a gas station nearby. Wiksfors Bruk, a farm with its own bakery and farm shop, is just 10 minutes away. The baked goods are worth a visit. The nearest larger town (20 minutes by car) is Årjäng. In addition to two large supermarkets, it also offers small shops, cafes, and restaurants. Årjäng also has a horse racing track () and a ski slope (). A dentist and a medical center are also located here. 15 minutes from Årjäng is the town of Töcksfors, which has a large shopping center. Those interested in golf will enjoy the Årjäng Golf Club ().
