Welcome to Villa Fritiden, our newly built (2025) seaside home in Beddingestrand.
The property, consisting of a main house and a guest annex, is located right next to the Fårabackarna Nature Reserve, just 250 meters from the white sands of Skateholm Beach!

We are delighted to share this gem with you. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a peaceful oasis, lovely beach walks, or simply want to enjoy the charm of the Swedish summer, this is the perfect place.

Nearby, you’ll find Beddingestrand’s beautiful golf course, tennis court, restaurants, ice cream stands, shops, and mini golf.

Just outside, a bus stop offers quick and easy access to both Ystad and Trelleborg.
In the neighboring village of Smygehuk, you’ll find Sweden’s southernmost point—and if you’re lucky, you might catch the country’s southernmost sing-along!

MAIN HOUSE
• Master bedroom with a double bed, garden access, and a private bathroom with a large shower
• 2 bedrooms with two single beds in each
• Guest bathroom with shower
• Fully equipped kitchen with kitchen island and garden access
• Dining area for 8 people with access to the wooden deck
• Lounge area with comfortable rattan chairs and a fireplace
• Living room with two sofas, a TV, and board games
• Laundry room with sink, ironing board, iron, washing machine, and dryer. There’s also direct garden access for hanging laundry outdoors

• Double bed and private bathroom with shower
• West-facing wooden deck, perfect for enjoying the evening sun

• On the deck: dining table for 8 people, 4 sun loungers, lounge furniture, and a parasol

Villa Fritiden can be rented for a maximum of 8 people and a minimum of 4 nights.

Cleaning, bed linens, and towels (not beach towels) are included in the price.

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted.
We love animals, but they are NOT welcome at Villa Fritiden.

Smoking indoors is not allowed.

The house is located in a quiet area where we value our neighbors, so we kindly ask guests to be respectful.
