Here you have the chance to gather the whole family and friends on Öland. 3 houses with a total of 19 beds. The main house is 95m2 divided into 3 bedrooms with double beds, then there is also a sleeping loft for 2 people. Large bathroom with shower and an extra toilet inside the main bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and large living room of about 50m2 with access to a large pool area with lounge group and bar furniture with a large outdoor kitchen that also has a solid wood-fired pizza oven, refrigerator, etc. The pool is 3.6x6.6 meters and about 125cm deep. This is a saltwater pool with a pool roof that you can also swim under. The pool is heated to about 25-32 degrees depending on the weather. There is also a large lovely garden with a hammock and patio in the shade under the trees. Kubb, croquet, darts and frisbee golf are available.
Parking for up to 3 cars, of which 1 is a zaptec charger of 11kw.
The middle house is 50m2 + glazed outdoor room of just over 20m2. There are 2 bedrooms with bunk beds 120/80 in both rooms and a sleeping loft with 3 mattresses that are accessed via a vertical ladder on the wall. There is also 1 bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen/living room.
Around the house is a cast area with pergola and outdoor furniture and generous areas for sunbathing.
This house has its own plot with its own parking for 2 cars, 1 of which is a Zaptec 11kw charger.
The smallest cottage is 18m2 with a glazed terrace of about 18m2 and a water toilet and an outdoor shower behind the cottage. Inside the cottage there is a simple kitchen with everything except a dishwasher and oven. Here you sleep in a sofa bed for 2 or in a built-in bunk bed. Outside there is a patio both in front of and behind the cottage.
Parking for 1 car.
Common to all 3 houses is a laundry room with shower cabin right next to the pool. Also has a wood-fired sauna cabin with changing room and space for 8 people.
