The cottage is located high on a mountain at treetop level, which gives you sun all day from 10 a.m. until sunset!
The idyllic archipelago island of Torö is connected by bridge and is located at the far end of the southern archipelago with Landsort just outside.
You can drive right up to the house, which is at the end of the road, meaning no traffic passes.
The house is 50 square meters spread over two floors and has:
- Large terrace with lounge area, dining table and two parasols, one of which is large and functions as an extra roof.
- Lovely hammock between the trees and a brick barbecue right next to the terrace.
- 5 beds, including a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed.
- Lounge furniture in the living room with sofa (sofa bed), two armchairs and coffee table.
- Fully equipped kitchen with Moccamaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.
- Newly drilled well 2024 with good and drinkable water.
- Shower, sink and toilet (potty and toilet ring available for smaller children).
- Wardrobe and many hooks for clothes.
100 meters to a beach and a jetty just below. On the beach there is a swimming raft, diving board and sandy beach.
On the island there is the restaurant Sjöboden, Torö Svinhus for Gelato/pizza/coffee/ceramics, Tottnäs smokehouse (on the other side of the bridgehead) and the Ören nature reserve which offers both incredibly beautiful nature as well as nationally known surfing opportunities.
