Cozy cottage with lake view

If you want to live with a lake view and animals and nature around the house, you are warmly welcome to our small cottage (30 sqm + 10 sqm sleeping loft), private terrace with lake view over Grimsjön. There are swimming facilities on the property and also the possibility of renting a boat. What is between the lake and the cottage is pastures and the road, on the pastures our alpacas usually walk and the pasture next to it the horses usually walk. So it is a very peaceful place to start the day.

Large parking possibilities outside the cottage. It is possible to arrange for a caravan/motorhome to park outside the cottage for a fee. There is a single-phase outlet provided.

It is a state-of-the-art cottage with everything you need for both short or long stays. There is an air heat pump so you can have AC on the warm days and underfloor heating throughout the cottage for the cold days. The cottage is suitable for 2-6 people. It is currently equipped with 5 places.
Inside the cottage there is a bedroom with 1 box spring bed (90cm wide) and 1 sofa bed for two people (140 cm wide). In the sleeping loft there are 2 box spring beds (90 cm wide) that can be pushed together or pulled apart depending on how you want it. Possibility to borrow a high chair and a cot, let us know when booking if you wish this.

Small bathroom that contains a lot. ceiling shower combined washing machine/dryer, built-in changing table above the machine. Toilet, mirror cabinet and chest of drawers with built-in electrical outlets. Underfloor heating.

The kitchen is well equipped with integrated dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob with 4 plates, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. All lower cabinets have drawers so you get a good overview of the utensils.

On the balcony there are 6 chairs with accompanying table, also a lounge set. There are cushions for everything in the cushion boxes. There is also a complete gas grill. There is lighting in the balcony railing and also on the facade so it is nice to sit outside in the evening.

Blankets and pillows are provided for all sleeping places, but as a guest you bring your own sheets and towels. If desired, these can be purchased. Sleeping without bedding is prohibited.

You clean the cottage yourself after the rent ends
Tidy up, wash any dishes before you leave the cottage. Be careful if you have pets that shed fur.
We provide cleaning materials.
Alternatively, cleaning can be purchased on site. Please book it in good time.

Garbage is thrown into the green bin according to instructions
Food waste is sorted into brown paper bags and thrown into the brown bin.
Bring any cans, bottles and glasses and throw them in the appropriate recycling.
We can help with sorting if desired, we think about the environment.

Free Wifi and 32 inch smart TV with built-in Chromecast are available.

Pets are very welcome. We just want them to be connected outdoors because there are animals and children in the neighborhood. On our farm there is everything from alpacas, horses, cows, cats, chickens, rabbits, sheep etc.

The cancellation policy applies to bookings. In this case, cancellation without charge applies no later than 23:59 14 days before the agreed arrival date and cancellation with charge of fifty (50) percent of the agreed rental amount if cancellation is made no later than 23:59 7 days before the agreed arrival date
