Summer idyll on the southwest island of Öland

Modern cottage with SPA bath and guest cottage and large terrace in a sunny west-facing position with a view and sunset over Kalmarsund.
On about 400 m of walking path there is a swimming area that is shallow and child-friendly and when the southwest wind is blowing there is often lukewarm bathing water.
In the immediate vicinity there is both a bird protection and seal protection area and about 18 km away there is Grönhögen's golf course. The cottage has 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed and in the guest cottage there are 3 beds/sofa beds with the possibility of 5 sleeping places, 3 of which are reached by ladder. In the evening you can sit peacefully in the greenhouse and look out over the swaying grain field. The cottage has fiber. The nearest grocery store is in S:a Möckleby about 7 km away and in Mörbylånga and in Grönhögen.
