The house is 110 m2 and is a comfortable year-round house. There are 6 beds spread over 3 bedrooms, which makes it perfect for renting for 1-2 families with one floor each.

A glazed veranda connects to the living room with a view of a very beautiful mature garden plot that provides a wonderful relaxation with a freshly laid patio rug and nice outdoor furniture with room for all of you (up to 8 people) to hang out. The glass doors can be opened for warm days.

There is also a patio with garden furniture for 8 people and a large Weber charcoal grill.

1 km to the nearest shop Yngsjöhallen, which is open 24 hours a day with staff during the day. Outside the shop there are also three food carts that sell Thai food, pizza and hamburgers. The village also has the children's favorite; Otto's ice cream factory with factory sales and ice cream sales in the garden with the large, famous ice cream cones that the area is known for ().

Easter Week:
Easter Week in Åhus/Österlen/Skåne is marked by the so-called "Konstrundan" where artists open their studios to the public. This is a very popular tradition that started 50 years ago and attracts lots of visitors from Sweden and several other countries. There are many exhibitors in Åhus.
Kristianstads GK is one of Sweden's oldest clubs, which has hosted several major tournaments over the years. In recent years, the club has been the organizer of tour tournaments at a level just below the European Tour, for both women and men. Since the new owners took over a few years ago, the club has undergone a major facelift. After the renovation of the Eastern course, which was carried out together with Pierre Fulke, Kristianstads GK has risen to the top of the European golf courses, and is now ranked as one of the best golf courses in the Nordic region.

It takes about 1½-2 hours by car to reach Malmö, Helsingborg and Denmark.
