Cozy guest house/cottage

In the quiet residential area Nya Bellevue/Mellanheden you will find our cozy guest house. Both the beach and the city center are within cycling distance (10-15 min), a bus stop is nearby and there is free parking on the street in front of the house.

The house was built in 1909 and last renovated in the summer of 2020. On the ground floor there is a kitchen and bathroom (with shower and washing machine) and two bedrooms with a single bed in each room. On the second floor you will find the living room with a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed and two separate sleeping places (sleeping alcoves).

The house is completely separate from ours and has a private garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue facilities and a small lawn.

Bedroom 1: a single bed (90cm)
Bedroom 2: a single bed (90cm)
Upstairs: Two sleeping alcoves (120+120cm) and simpler sofa bed (120cm)

The practical:
The rent includes electricity, water, garbage collection and internet.
Rental of sheets and towels can be purchased for SEK 250/person and week.
The tenant takes care of final cleaning himself.
Free parking next to the cottage.
The house is rented weekly during the summer months.
Exchange day Saturdays
Electronic door lock facilitates check-in and check-out, although of course we try to be there and welcome our tenants.
Smoke and pet free
As the house is located in a quiet residential area, parties that may disturb the neighbors are not allowed.

A perfect starting point for a summer holiday in Scania and/or Denmark. Close to everything despite a quiet and peaceful location.
